Enrollment for Fall 2024 has started. Limited seats available. Classes start Sept. 8th.

Enrollment is open for the 2024 Fall Semester which will commence Sept. 8th.  $300 per child is due by May 15th to reserve a guaranteed spot for your student(s).  The balance is due by June 1st.

Yes, full payment is due by June 1st.  We have to provide a headcount to the school district and order books in time for the fall session.

All fees are non-refundable and non-transferable.

Textbooks, reading books, examination, certification, consumable and non-consumable class materials, insurance, professional fees, LAUSD classroom rent, support of other Indian non-profit cultural organizations etc.

We are a registered 501(c)(3), not-for-profit corporation.  Organization founders, Directors, Teachers and other participants work on a volunteer basis and do not draw any compensation. All profits, if any, are donated to other non-profit organizations such as Hindi USA, Chinmaya Mission Los Angeles, Valley Hindu Temple and similar organizations.

  1. 30 in-person sessions. Periodic Zoom sessions are conducted for review work.
  2. Classes will cover prescribed curriculum in Hindi language and Culture.
  3. Parent group meeting on Zoom prior to start of school year.  This is a mandatory meeting as we will review our syllabus and Parent-Student handbook.
  4. Meeting with student and parents in person for the new families.
  1. Appropriate placement is critical to keeping your child engaged and  to enjoy the learning process.

  1. Attendance: requirement is 80% and is followed strictly. If your student is unable to keep up with the requirement, he/she may lose the seat for the following year.
  2. Homework: spend 10 minutes every day and upload homework by the assigned due date
  3. Classwork: participation in classes is important
  4. Mid Term, and Final exam: there is a mid-term in December and a final exam in May.
  5. Willingness to put in the extra work as there is no credit given at school
  1. Speak in Hindi to your child, even if he/she responds to you in English. If not both, at least one parent should do so.  It is a slow but rewarding process.
  2. Set aside 10 minutes every day for homework/review.
  3. Take your child to the temple once a fortnight to reinforce our culture. Practice Shlokas at home.
  4. To get the most out of the classes, attendance is a must.  If they miss a class or multiple classes, they will feel left behind.
  5. Get to class 5 minutes prior to class.  This allows your child time to settle down and be mentally prepared for class.  Instructions start promptly at 2:45 PM.

  1. You can review your child’s progress by homework, classwork, quizzes, corrections and feedback.
  2. We usually get calls prior to exams from parents concerned about their child.
  3. You can send an email to request a conference call and someone will get back to you in 24-48 hours.
